The bonuses are usually awarded before the ceos sign on the job and get in office. And then some wonder why wall street and the gms of america go burst! If a ceo is already paid before they embark on work, where is the incentive, the motivation to perform ? I do Support Obama and I believe that he has put in place policies and programs that are likely to yield good results, promote world peace and the betterment of our world, however all the forgoing are mere aspirations and should not in anyway be treated as successes.
