What Kampala residents want

KCCA’s 2014/15-2018/19 strategic plan, which in effect is the blueprint for Kampala’s administrators, highlights some of the concerns of Kampala’s 1.8 million residents and visitors. • Decision makers plan for the future

  • Well-planned neighbourhoods
  • Well-managed green landscapes
  • Good road network
