Any three things we don’t know about you?

There are two Angellas; the tomboy and the diva Angella. The tomboy is aggressive and a finisher while the diva is soft and humble. Few people know that I am a twin to Rugiirwa Katatumba. I am madly in love with my parents and they are my best friends; we are intertwined, we work and fall together and eventually lift each other up.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Being happy with the support systems and waking up every morning looking forward to the day.

What is your greatest fear?

That moment when I am separated from my parents.

What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?

I am very quick to temper and because I am so goal oriented, if things don’t happen the way I want, I tend to get anxious and end up losing it. However, I am working towards reform.

What is the trait you most deplore in others?

I don’t get along with most women because they love to gossip a lot. Maybe because I grew up with boys.

Which living person do you most admire?

Gertrude and Bonny Katatumba; as a young girl, I observed my parents give a lot to the poor. They still do it.

What is your greatest extravagance?

Travelling; every year, I go shopping in another country at least once and it is the small thing I do for myself.

What is the greatest thing you have ever done?

Last year I flew my mum and dad twice to Dubai for a fully paid holiday.

What is your current state of mind?

I am extremely happy, content and grateful.

What do you consider the most overrated virtue?

Partying; especially among the youths; they are not focused and spend most of their time on things that matter less only to be negative.

What does being powerful mean to you?

Being great in a way that a person can make one phone call and the streets are cleared or money is not an issue to him or her.

On what occasion do you lie?

Those are too many. For instance when I am held driving drunk, I can use a small lie. There are also some good lies I tell to encourage people or make them feel better.

What do you most dislike about your appearance?

I have always been very insecure about my weight and size. At the university I would not even party because I was unhappy with it.

Which living person do you most despise?

Mukesh Shukla of Shumuk group; which individual would turn against someone who took him like a brother?

What is the quality you most like in a man?

Calm, diplomatic, encouraging, loving and giving.

What is the quality you most like in a woman?

Hardworking, straightforward, committed, loving and very aggressive.

What or who is the greatest love of your life?

I love my parents in equal share but my character blends well with my father.

When and where were you happiest?

On two occasions; in 2015 when I paid an all expenses trip to Dubai for my parents and on Saturday Nov. 19, when I performed at the black tied ball for President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Which talent would you most like to have?

Determination in the gym to sculpt my body.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Not anything.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

I believe I have found happiness and contentment in the fact that I can do what I believe in and achieve happiness.

If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?

The same person with everything about me .

Where would you most like to live?

I only found my peace in Uganda

What is your most treasured possession?

Hotel Diplomate; it is something my parents gave to me with my brother Allan Rugiirwa.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

Being on a death bed in hospital or nursing wounds of damage from a war.

What is your favorite occupation?

Being an artiste.

What do you most value in your friends?

Loyalty and shared goals.

Who are your favorite writers?

As a teen, I loved Sydney Sheldon and Danielle Steel but I have since become less of a reader.

Which historical figure do you most identify with?

Musically it is Whitney Houston; I learnt so much from her vocal power and articulation. I owe my music career to her. I took some good time only listening to her music.

What are your favorite names?

The name Mwebesa reminds me of my dad.

What is your greatest regret?

I don’t believe in regrets because every hard time reminds me of the lesson I was meant to learn. For instance, I am glad I got married at a young age and gave it my all.

How would you like to die?

In my sleep.

What is your motto?

Do your best and let God do the rest.
