Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | The Anti-Corruption Court in Kampala has issued a warrant of arrest for John Watenga, the farm manager of former State Minister for Karamoja Affairs Agnes Nandutu.
Lady Justice Jane Okuo Kajuga issued the warrant of arrest against Watenga on Friday when the matter came up for further hearing.
