Lovers of good food in the Ugandan capital Kampala have something to look forward to after the dates of the 2016 edition of the Kampala Restaurant Week were announced late yesterday evening.
June 01st to 11th, a full eleven days, will see the who is who of the Kampala gastronomy landscape participate once again, not just vying for honours but out to please their clientele, tickle their tastebuds and make new friends.
While in last year’s inaugural edition it was a choice between a daily dish and the chosen restaurant’s signature dish will this year a full three course meal also be available, offering diners the option of add a starter and a dessert to their menu, again at a substantially reduced cost.
The 2015 edition of the Kampala Restaurant Week saw record numbers of diners flock to the participating restaurants with many locations having to request for advance reservations, so popular did the event prove.
