PHOTO STORY: With the often contested swearing in of the Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago out of the way, the city’s top two officials seem to be back on track – planning for the city. These series of photographs show Executive Director Jennifer Musisi and Lukwago discussing many issues, football inclusive, as the Kampala Capital City Authority team KCCA were beaten 2-0 by Vipers in a Uganda Cup semi-final first leg match at Nakivubo stadium on Wednesday.
