Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Joseph Kabuleta has been dully nominated by the Electoral Commission to contest for presidency in the 2021 elections.
Joseph Kabuleta has vowed to use God’s power to bring political and economic change in this country following their successful nomination.
Kabuleta blamed Ugandans who have what he describes as a character of cynicism hence maintaining voter apathy just because they think the incumbent president Yoweri Museveni is a notorious election rigger.
According to Kabuleta, he is going to focus on convincing such Ugandans, that Uganda will only change through brain awakening alongside the message of economic liberation.
