President Yoweri Museveni has made changes in the foreign services, with former defence minister Crispus Kiyonga being appointed ambassador to Beijing, China.
The majority of the changes will see new faces like Phoebe Otaala, Busoga king William Gabula and former ISO boss Brig. Ronnie Balya take on roles as ambassadors, while several serving ambassadors like Richard Kabonero who was in Kigali, and Oliver Woneka who was in Washington moved to new stations.
Also making his debut in foreign service is former Jinja mayor Mohammed Kezaala.
The President has sent the names below, to Parliament for consideration and approval.
