Makerere University researcher Dr. Stella Nyanzi’s case was back in court today after Luzira Prison authorities were ordered to produce her to hear her application against a ruling by a lower court. A Magistrates Court earlier denied her bail, which she is contesting. She faces cyber harassment charges.
Justice Elizabeth Kabanda presided over the matter.
