Masaka, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Kawempe South MP Muhammed Ssegirinya and Makindye East MP Allan Sewanyana have been charged with murder and remanded to Kitalya prison over the recent spate of killings in Masaka.
They will spend 108 days on remand after being charged with four counts; three of murder and one of attempted murder.
