Pictures: Museveni, NRM MPs dance the night away at Kyankwanzi

It was not just debating and reviewing the manifesto at the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi as the NRM held its six-day retreat.

President Yoweri Museveni and his ruling party MPs took to the floor showing rare moves as if to celebrate victory.

Who can blame them, there is a lot to celebrate—they had just resolved to discipline errant MPs.

And while still celebrating that, the Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, dismissed the disturbing ‘petition’ to have parliament recalled—ten of them wrote to her alleging that their signatures had been forged. Why not just dance!
