Rwabwogo blasts MPs on greed

Rwabwogo, who is also President Museveni’ son in-law, says the excessive monetary demands are stalling parliament. He calls for an amendment of the constitution to adopt the Israel system where legislators are elected based on experience. His calls come amidst heated criticism on the honorable monetary demands.
