THIS WEEK: Police issues new guidelines on fire arm ownership
Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Owing to increased rate of crime by use of guns, the new Inspector General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola has issued new guidelines on owning fire arms.
