President Museveni has challenged Bamasaba Cultural leaders to abandon the practice of using a single knife on different imbalu candidates in order to check disease that are caused by blood transfusion.
In the speech, read by the second deputy prime minister and minister for East African affairs Kirunda Kivejinja, the president also appealed to the cultural leaders to encourage the youth to participate in activities that improve their welfare.
