Entebbe, Uganda | PHILLIP CORRY | Entebbe Club golfers had an outstanding day Saturday, but that was not good enough to stop Kampalala’s Uganda Golf Club from retaining the Inter Club Golf Championships title.
Kampala’s UGC won by 63 strokes over two legs inspite of Entebbe Club’s 20 stroke win in the return leg on Saturday.
The overall men and women’s crowns however went to Entebbe Club golfers Timothy Okanya and Bridget Basiima with 66 and 69 respectively.
Each team fielded a team of 20 players.
