Moscow, Russia | THE INDEPENDENT | The Embassy of Uganda in Moscow in collaboration with the Uganda Coffee Development Authority are showcasing coffee at the Coffee and Tea Expo taking place March 15 to 17 in Moscow.
Uganda Coffee Development Authority ( UCDA) is one of the major exhibitors at the Expo and the Ugandan delegation is led by Ishak Lukenge who is a member of the Board at UCDA. Igara and Kanyonza Tea are exhibiting at the expo.
Samson Mpiira Akankiza , the Coffee Sustainability Manager and CORE Project Coordinator at UCDA participated in the cupping event on day one which exposed the participants to the “black gold of Uganda”
The event has gathered coffee and tea lovers, drinkers, producers, conglomerates of buyers and all other stakeholders in the industry from all over the world.
According to UCDA, the expo is a great platform and opportunity for Uganda to tell the world about her coffee and tea , seek partnerships and business opportunities.
