NBS: The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has warned that they will not pay any contractor currently handling road projects across the country if there is even slightest evidence of shoddy work. UNRA Executive Director, Allen Kagina, who was inspecting several roads projects in Tororo instructed the construction firm DOT services to fix all the areas of concern on the Tororo-Mbale-Soroti road or forget about payment.
