Mukono, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Joseph Mukuba Kavuma-Kaggwa, the elder from Kyaggwe ” as he used to describe himself, has passed on this morning.
Kaggwa was taken ill early today, and passed on about 5am.
The veteran journalist, who worked for the Buganda Kingdom and in Kenya while in exile, was a prolific writer, who wrote several political analysis pieces for The Independent. RIP
