VIDEO: Activist Rwigara says Rwanda election was pre-determined
Kampala, Uganda | NTV UGANDA | Former Rwanda Presidential Aspirant, Diane Shima Rwigara, has told NTV that most people voted for President Paul Kagame in big numbers in the recent elections in Rwanda because of fear of reprisals from the regime.
In a one on one interview with NTV, Rwigara also talks of her future plans in the pursuit of becoming Rwanda’s first female president.
