Appointments of judges – Is raising age limit a solution?

VIDEO: The age limit motion that was brought to parliament by Nakifuma legislator Kafeero Ssekitoleko has created debate and has attracted different reactions. Dr Kakungulu Mayambala a law don at Makerere University says lifting the age limit is not the solution to the case back-log in the judiciary and cannot solve the available man power challenges.
