VIDEO: Besigye says hacking claims in Kenya election can not be ignored
Kampala, Uganda | NTV UGANDA | As Kenyans await the final results of the presidential election and the results of other positions, Ugandan opposition politicians say what is happening in Kenya, where their colleagues have claimed malpractices, was expected.
Former four-time presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye says it’s sad that no incumbent president in East Africa has ever handed over power after a ballot.
According to Besigye, most African leaders are not committed to organizing free and fair elections; they merely see elections as unnecessary rituals.
