VIDEO: Buganda MPs disagree on caucus election

NBS: The election of new leadership of the Buganda Parliamentary Caucus on Monday hit a deadlock after members disagreed on the terms and manner in which the elections had been organized.
The fire spitting Buganda MP’s also grilled the outgoing chairperson, Godfrey Kiwanda for failing to explain to the new legislators the relevance and objectives of the Buganda Parliamentary Caucus before organizing the elections. They also pinned him for failing to give accountability of his tenure of office.
