VIDEO: The Civil Aviation Authority has admitted blocking the operation of the new Uganda Aviation School, a private flying school for not fulfilling the aviation requirement to run a flying school. Much as the school was fully registered by the National Council for Higher Education, the Civil Aviation Authority maintains they can’t let it kick off without meeting the International aviation requirements.
