VIDEO: DPP’s involvement in Kayihura case worries lawyers

NBS: The twists and turns in the IGP Kale Kayihura case at the Makindye magistrates’ court keep unfolding. The director of public prosecution DPP has petitioned the high court seeking for a review of the court proceedings at Makindye much to the worry of the prosecution lawyers. They say that whereas the constitution allows the DPP to take on public prosecution, the worry is that in this case the DPP may protect the accused.
