VIDEO: Police chief General Kale Kayihura has assured the family of slain Kenneth Akena Watmon, victim of the Lugogo Mall shooting, that justice will be served. Kayihura attended the funeral in Kitgum district amidst speculation that big shots in government were planning to sabotage the investigations into Akena’s shooting.
