VIDEO: The different Parliament committees have in the past months investigated many of the issues that are of public concern. Several cases have been handled and actions recommended. But with a gigantic executive armed with powers and the ills of the multi party democracy, many analysts question the ability of parliament to deliver on its mandate provided in the constitution.
