VIDEO: Imposter arrested, passed off as parliament staff for five years
Kampala, Uganda | NTV UGANDA | Parliament’s security officials have arrested a man on suspicion of posing as a member of staff. The man identified as Moses Lubwama has been working in Parliament for five years, mainly with the Local Government committee, and has been occasionally deployed to do fieldwork. Now questions are being asked about who pays him and how porous the security at Parliament is.
