VIDEO: Janet Museveni orders universities to open

NBS: The Minister of Education and Sports Janet Kataha Museveni has directed all public universities to open. The directive follows a sit down strike by the non teaching staff which has paralyzed activities and led to delay in the start of the academic semester.
