VIDEO: The internal affair minister, Gen Jeje Odong has condemned the recent killings in the Rwenzori region saying such killings are saddening because they take the country back. The minister equally condemned the Saturday killing of UPDF Major Mohammed Kigunddu by unknown assailants. He made the remarks while officiating at the handover ceremony by the outgoing permanent secretary.
