VIDEO: Uganda’s Chief Justice has said re-arrests of suspects within court premises demeans the national cause for justice and shows that the country still has a long way to go in the struggle to achieve rule of law. He said this while speaking at the opening of the 2017 new law year following several recent incidents, where people given bail were arrested on new charges before they left court premises.
