VIDEO: Chief Justice Bart.M Katureebe has launched the sentencing guidelines committee intended to address the predicament judicial officers find themselves in while dispensing justice. The committee which will be headed by Principal Judge Jorakamu Bamwine, will among other tasks draw guidelines of sentencing, establish a research, monitoring and development program on sentences and their effectiveness.
