Renowned City Lawyer Peter Mulira, the brain behind the KCCA Act, says Parliament error-ed, by including clauses that calls for the election of the election of the Lord Mayor. Mulira reveals that the act they took, did not cater for the lord, explaining that the roles of City executive Director Jenifer Musisi and Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago contradict.
