VIDEO: KCCA to start taxing property revenue on commercial buildings

VIDEO: Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is to start taxing all commercial buildings in Kampala especially shopping malls and hotels. The move according to the director Revenue Collections at KCCA Sam Sserunkumba is aimed at widening the tax base. KCCA is currently struggling to raise targeted revenue.
