VIDEO: ‘MPs broke no law when they booed Ingrid’

VIDEO: Chaos, disorder and hate speech characterized elections of members of the East African legislative assembly raising questions on whether members of the country’s legislative assembly have some code of conduct that guide their operations. But according to the Spokesperson of Parliament Chris Obore, the MPs broke no law in booing and almost going for each other’s throat as those they represent watched in shock the live events that were relayed on television.
