VIDEO: MPs visit jailed ADF leader Jamil Mukulu

VIDEO: Legislators on the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee of Parliament have visited former Allied Democratic Front leader Jamilu Mukulu who is detained at Nalufenya Police in Jinja to assess the alleged torture and inhumane treatment against him. The legislators led by committee chairperson Judith Nabakoba, grilled the Nalufenya police officers demanding access to the alleged torture chambers.
