VIDEO: A section of Members of Parliament vow not to pass the budget for the financial year 2017-2018, if government doesn’t allocate money for the LC 1 and 2 elections that had been scheduled for January this year. Legislators also expressed dissatisfaction, saying government was breaching the constitution for by not conducting the elections for 15 years.
