Kampala, Uganda | NTV UGANDA | Justice and Constitutional affairs Minister Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire has been cited in the giveaway of land to a private property developer in Jinja Municipal council in 2011.
Emmanuel Olaunah Orum, the then under secretary in the ministry of trade and industry gave evidence before the commission of inquiry into land acquisition and management, chaired by Lady Justice Catherine Bamugemereire.
