VIDEO: President Museveni warns Ugandan ministers against bribery

VIDEO: President Yoweri Museveni says he is investigating ministers who are said to be taking bribes from investors. Museveni who was closing a two day cabinet retreat at Serena Hotel, Kigo said he had received information to that effect but was still looking for evidence.
