VIDEO: Kenyan opposition chief Raila Odinga says cooperation between the East African countries should be in a manner that does not hurt the prospects of the neighbours. Raila raised dust when a few months earlier he opposed the sugar deal signed between presidents Yoweri Museveni and Uhuru Kenyatta.
