VIDEO: Why Uganda Police is getting tough on rampant siren use

VIDEO: The Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura has ordered the Police to enforce a ban on the use of sirens to secure right of way on city roads by unauthorized persons. In a statement read by the Police spokesperson Felix Kaweesi, the IGP directed them to henceforth arrest and prosecute any unauthorized persons using them.
