VIDEO: The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has unveiled a multimillion shilling master plan that will see traffic through the central business district controlled. According to the roads authority Eng. Patrick Muleme, the two million dollar project will involve constructing a ring road that will provide access routes to and from the city centre. Works begin next year.
