NBS: The Uganda Peoples’ Congress has hit out at the Forum for Democratic Change Party(FDC) leadership’s decision to opt out of the interparty Organizationfor Dialogue (IPOD); an organization that brings together Ugandan political parties with Parliamentary representation. UPC says FDC’s position is disappointing, especially coming a few months after general elections. The FDC’s decision comes on the heel of wrangles over a recent meeting held at state house that the main opposition party skipped although it was attended by the Democratic Party and the UPC.
